If you purchase a product from Okoro, just ignore the support contact on the web site. As far as I can tell they are not read, and if they are, you will never get a response other than “that’s how it’s suppose to work.”

Just call them, for whatever that is worth.

I can’t describe the support as poor, because it’s basically nonexistent.
