If you purchase a product from Okoro, just ignore the support contact on the web site.  As far as I can tell they are not read, and if they are, you will never get a response other than &quot;that&#039;s how it&#039;s suppose to work.&quot;

Just call them, for whatever that is worth.

I can&#039;t describe the support as poor, because it&#039;s basically nonexistent.</description>
